About the Role

First 30 Days

• Complete plant safety onboarding.
• Obtain required lift equipment certifications.

• Gain familiarity with plant machinery and equipment layouts.
• Independently perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks using the CMMS.

Within 90 Days

• Respond independently to equipment breakdowns.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience as a Maintenance Mechanic OR completion of an approved Apprenticeship/Training Program.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience working with manufacturing or production equipment.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and CMMS systems is preferred.

Qualifications
