Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive officer responsible for hospital management and operations.
- Lead licensure, accreditation, and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Oversee clinical operations and facility administration.
- Drive financial management and business development for the hospital.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of senior leadership or CEO experience in behavioral health, acute care, or managed care.
- Experience with Joint Commission surveys in a behavioral health hospital setting.
- Full P&L responsibility for a hospital with at least a $20 million operating budget.
- Experience hiring and retaining clinical and medical staff, including psychiatrists and nursing leaders.
