About the Role
This role leads hospital-wide quality and performance improvement, ensuring patient-focused, outcomes-based, cost-effective care while overseeing risk management and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee quality improvement and patient safety data reporting at the facility level.
- Develop, implement, and manage the hospital's Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance Program.
- Coordinate clinical excellence, process improvement, and regulatory readiness activities.
- Manage investigational and evaluation activities related to liability occurrences and claims.
- Serve as a resource on clinical quality, patient safety, and accreditation matters.
Qualifications
- BSN required, with current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Texas.
- 10 years of clinical experience as an RN.
- 2+ years of experience in quality or risk management.
