About the Role

This role leads hospital-wide quality and performance improvement, ensuring patient-focused, outcomes-based, cost-effective care while overseeing risk management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee quality improvement and patient safety data reporting at the facility level.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the hospital's Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance Program.
  • Coordinate clinical excellence, process improvement, and regulatory readiness activities.
  • Manage investigational and evaluation activities related to liability occurrences and claims.
  • Serve as a resource on clinical quality, patient safety, and accreditation matters.

Qualifications

  • BSN required, with current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Texas.
  • 10 years of clinical experience as an RN.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality or risk management.
