About the Role
This role owns EHS program implementation at a food and beverage production plant, ensuring facilities, procedures, and hazard assessments meet regulatory standards while driving down incidents, energy use, and waste.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HSE programs in line with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct hazard and aspect assessments across the plant.
- Build relationships with plant leaders and managers to drive safety engagement.
- Partner with regional teams to plan and track HSE priorities and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Environmental Health and Safety.
- Completed EHS training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, or DNREC.
- Experience with safety and environmental technical standards, including ISO.
- Diploma or degree in OHS, workplace ergonomics, rehabilitation, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday.
