About the Role
This role leads electrical engineering design in a fast-paced defense environment, covering circuit design, simulation, and testing for ruggedized electronics built to customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine engineering requirements and interface with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Lead circuit design and component selection for ruggedized electronics.
- Perform simulations and circuit tolerance analyses.
- Prepare and execute test plans and generate test reports.
- Lead technical projects and produce detailed documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 9 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Proven experience in analog and digital circuit design and power circuit design.
- Skilled with simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and design software (Altium, PADS).
Work Schedule
4/10 schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week.
