Maintenance Planner & Scheduler

Lancaster, Pennsylvania Manufacturing Full-Time Fee: $300 to $500

About the Role

This role plans, organizes, and schedules maintenance work across a 24/7 manufacturing facility, coordinating in-house maintenance staff, outside contractors, and vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scope and lay out maintenance projects and coordinate parts and materials.
  • Prepare and submit contract bids for outside vendor work.
  • Build daily work schedules and equipment outage plans for maintenance staff.
  • Provide crafts and schedulers with detailed step-by-step plans, parts, and materials.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
