About the Role
This role leads a team of four maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, responsible for equipment reliability, downtime reduction, and EHS compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of four maintenance technicians.
- Ensure equipment reliability and maximize production uptime.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring equipment failures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies and Lean manufacturing.
- Proven ability to lead EHS initiatives.
Work Schedule
Day shift, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 12-hour shifts on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule with every other weekend off.
