About the Role
This role leads the development and submission of business proposals in response to government solicitations, coordinating a multidisciplinary team to craft compelling, compliant proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the proposal schedule and oversee content creation and quality review.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Capture Management, and Program teams on proposal artifacts.
- Ensure alignment with company policy and customer requirements throughout the process.
- Coordinate post-delivery activities, including customer inquiries and clarification requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7 years of related experience.
- US citizenship required, with ability to obtain security clearance.
- Proposal management experience and APMP or Shipley certification preferred.
- Defense or aerospace industry experience preferred.
