Manufacturing Engineer, Cold Forming

Waco, Texas Manufacturing Full-Time Fee: $300 to $500

About the Role

This role develops and optimizes high-volume metal manufacturing processes across multiple sites, focusing on CNC machining, cold forming, cold heading, rolling, extrusion, and related operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead machining and cold forming process engineering across manufacturing sites.
  • Support tooling, equipment, and new product introduction efforts.
  • Drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
  • Act as technical liaison between plants, suppliers, and corporate engineering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in machining and/or cold forming environments.
  • Strong understanding of metal forming physics, machining fundamentals, and tooling.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%, including extended on-site assignments.
