About the Role
This role holds overall management and leadership responsibility for a Labor & Delivery unit, working closely with both the L&D leadership team and the broader Women & Children's services leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Labor & Delivery nursing unit.
- Collaborate with the Women & Children's leadership team on unit performance and patient care standards.
- Support staff development, scheduling, and clinical quality within the unit.
Qualifications
- BSN or ADN required, with commitment to complete BSN within 2 years of hire.
- Washington RN license required upon hire.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required upon hire.
- At least 2 years of charge, supervisory, or management experience in Labor & Delivery.
- 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience.
Work Schedule
Day shift.
