About the Role
This role maintains production equipment, including systems for archival storage and retrieval of computer-generated data, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Respond to technical support calls promptly and log work in the tracking system.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring and computer hardware tied to production equipment.
- Support relocation and installation of new equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational education preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a production environment with equipment repair knowledge.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry 25+ lbs and stand for the duration of an assigned shift.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
