About the Role
This role provides senior-level interventional radiology support across Body and Neuro IR, working in an acute care setting with lead and coordinator responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced Body and Neuro interventional radiology procedures.
- Take a lead or coordinator role among the IR technologist team.
- Participate in annual performance improvement projects and IR quality assurance meetings.
- Instruct others on one or more advanced procedures.
Qualifications
- 3 years of interventional radiology experience, including Body and Neuro IR.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare environment experience.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved radiology technology training program.
- ARRT and CRT licensure, BLS certification, VIR certification within 1 year of hire.
- Flexibility to rotate shifts, including weekends, evenings, and call duties.
Work Schedule
8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with variable shifts including weekends and call duties (50% additional pay for call).
