About the Role
This role monitors and enforces manufacturing quality standards, from process testing and documentation to setting clear pass/fail criteria, working closely with production teams to keep output consistent and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Test manufacturing processes and enforce quality standards.
- Create detailed quality documentation and define test criteria.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to keep production efficient and cost-effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 years of quality or manufacturing experience.
- Experience with quality audits and QMS documentation.
- Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to read and interpret assembly and component drawings.
