About the Role
This role sets up, tests, and integrates complex communications systems, then trains end users through classroom and hands-on sessions so the technology is used correctly and effectively in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems for testing, including loading custom and commercial software across platforms.
- Develop and lead structured training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build, troubleshoot, and integrate hardware packages to support upgrades and new capabilities.
- Own the hardware configuration process end-to-end and train others to operate it.
- Travel occasionally to support training and system integration at other locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, currently in use.
Work Schedule
9/80 schedule: 80 hours worked over 9 days out of every 14, with every other Friday off.
