About the Role
This executive role leads the transformation from document-centric verification and validation to an AI-enabled, model-based continuous validation approach, using digital twins, fleet data, and an end-to-end digital thread across vehicle programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise-wide verification and validation strategy across vehicle systems.
- Lead the shift toward model-based, software-centric, and AI-enabled validation methods.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and execution speed across the full product lifecycle.
- Build and lead high-performing technical teams and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of automotive engineering experience, including senior leadership in verification and validation.
- Deep expertise in MBSE, SysML v2, digital thread, digital twin, and test automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of automotive safety and quality standards, including ISO 26262 and SOTIF.
- Track record of validating and launching multiple vehicle programs.
